DC/Am
Field CH MB's Make Mine a Double
(Mac) was bred by Paul and Peggy Doiron. His sire is DC AFC Redlines
Tequila Smoker and his dam is Timberline's Scip-O'Dee-Do-Dah. His
pedigree contains many Dual Champions and members of the Brittany
Hall of Fame. Mac was an excellent Puppy and Derby dog, winning
the Northwest Field Trial Council's Puppy of the Year Award. It
was the first time in the history of the award that it had been
won by a Brittany.
Trained and handled by Paul Dorion, Mac began competing in Adult
Stakes in September 2009. He won his Brittany Major at the Idaho
Brittany Club Field Trial at the end of that month. Mac went on
to win the German Wirehaired Pointer Field Trial at the end of February
2010, beating a field of 33 dogs. This finished his field title
at age 2 1/2.
In January 2011, Mac also became an American Field Champion by winning
the American Brittany Club Chukar Classic/Championship!
Mac completed his Dual Championship in July 2011, just shy of his
4th birthday! Thanks to show handlers Clint
Livingston and Jessica Carlson. |
